Overview

This filtration unit was built in 2016 by Czech manufacturer Bílek Filtry. This machine is like new as it was barely used. Microfiltration can replace pasteurization of the product. This results in lower acquisition costs, lower operating costs and no influence on the taste of the beer due to pasteurization.

Components

Micro-filter assembly

  • Consists of two filters - the FMS pre-filter and the FMS final filter
  • Mounted on a common frame and connected by a pipe with fittings
  • Filter construction: 
      • Removable container of the filter body with the help of a central clip 
      • Basic equipment: pressure gauge, venting valve, inspection sight glass
      • Input/output equipped with a clamp neck as standard 
      • Material used - stainless steel AISI 304 
      • Treatment of surfaces: 
        • External: grinding + polishing
        • Internal – polishing

Sanitary CIP station with water filter unit

  • Preparation (heating and mixing) of sanitation solutions
  • Controlled circulation of sanitizing solutions through sanitized or disinfected equipment, pipelines, etc.
  • Use of filtered, microbiologically clean water for the final rinses
  • Basic elements of a sanitation CIP station:
    • Storage container for sanitizing agent equipped with controlled heating
    • Set of water filters – a constant source of filtered water for rinsing the filter elements and preparing sanitation solutions
    • Circulation sanitation pump fitted with a control valve
    • Armature pipe connection
    • Connecting the CIP station to the micro-filtration assembly using hoses
    • Electrical installation in a stainless steel cabinet
