Overview 

This complete filling line for cans was manufactured by the Italian company CFT in 2016. The line can fill both 0.33L and 0.44L cans and has an output of up to 10,000 cans per hour. The line has only a few operating hours, will be dismantled soon and will then be available immediately.

• Capacity:
  • 10,000 cans/hour for 0.33L cans
  • 8,000 cans/hour for 0.44L cans
• Formats processed: 0.33L and 0.44L standard cans
• Operating hours: >3,200 hours (as of May 2024)

Scope of delivery  

• Semi-automatic depalletizer from SkaFab USA
• CFT conveyor belt from the depalletizer, with raised work platform
• A&E Conveyor de-ionized air rinsing machine (with rotary tunnels for both can formats)
• CFT filler-seamer block with servo-controlled valves:
  • CFT Master Can Tronic RS 20/4 can filler
  • CFT Seamer 2000/4
• Two CFT can turners for 0.33L and 0.44L
• Heuft Basic X-ray inspector for fill level and can inspection
• Can dryer (two blowers)
• Scaligera Ulisse 6000 sleeving machine (max. 7,000 cans/hour) with shrink tunnel
• DIMAC Starwrap R25 wraparound packer (max. 25 packs per minute)
• Complete conveyor system
• Universal Robots carton stacking robot, programmable for different formats
