Overview  

The filling line for cups was built by HAMBA in 1997, is still in operation until the end of 2024 and can be inspected at any time.  

Technical data

• Output: 20 - 40 cycles/min  
• Products that can be packed:  
  • Liquid yoghurt milk, 0.3 to 4% fat (20-45°C)  
  • Stirred yoghurt with fruit, max. edge length of fruit pieces 15mm, 0.3 to 4% fat (3-10°C) 
  • Cream, 25 to 35% fat (3-42°C) 
  • Salad dressings with salt, herbs and vinegar 
  • Pudding, sweet (2-70°C) 
• Cup formats: 
  • Cup diameter: 75 mm  
  • Max. Height 120 mm  
• Filling ranges:  
  • 50 ccm to 250 ccm filler with fruit dosing 
  • 30 ccm to 150 ccm filler with fruit dosing
