Overview 

This CIP unit was built by German machine manufacturer Hormes in 2014. It is part of an entire brewery, is still in production and will soon be professionally dismantled. The system can be viewed in person at any time.

• Used water (1700 litres) 
• Hot caustic (1700 litres insulated with stirrer) 
• Disinfection (1700 litres)

• 2x Pressure pump for CIP lines
