Overview

This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, type: Laska WW 200-H was built in 2021 in Austria. It is a demo-machine with less working hours (180 hours). The machine is equipped with column loader for 200l trolleys.

• Hopper capacity: 385 liters, geometry optimized for complete emptying, screw with high rotations for regular feeding of large pieces – hinged flap for removing the screw,
• Double sealing system on the drive shaft for better hygiene,
• Extendable step with protection for better access to the loading hopper,
• Automatic regulation of rotational speed for the feeding screw and working screw depending on the torque.
• Automatic stop of the grinding screw in case of product absence, protecting the machine and preventing premature wear of the cutting unit.
• Electric cabinet integrated with the machine with internal ventilation reducing the risk of condensation.
• Operator panel with control buttons (start/stop, emergency stop) for easy operation.
• Throat cover with safety sensor and lock.
