Overview 

This tunnel pasteurizer was built in 2021 by the Chinese manufacturer Beyond Machinery. It was last installed at a brewery in Austria and last ran at the beginning of November 2024. The tunnel pasteurizer is still assembled and can be viewed in person at any time.

• Output: last operated at 3,000 bph with 0.33 l non-alcoholic beer
• Sterilization time adjustable via frequency inverter, most recently 40 minutes
• 5 temperature zones: last operated at 30°C - 60°C - 85°C - 60°C - 30°C
